About Us

At Bijam Consulting, our mission is to help small businesses succeed by providing personalized service and customized solutions. Additionally, we do this at a fraction of the cost of services provided by large consulting firms.

How do we do this? Because we are a private, family-owned and operated business. We operate out of our own home, so our operational expenses are minimal. As such, we’re able to pass along the savings to you so you receive high-quality work at an exceptional price.

Rebecca Rogers - Owner and Consultant

Rebecca has extensive knowledge of the marketing industry. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Marketing, she earned her MBA with a course emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Rebecca went on to work at the largest privately-held timeshare company in the world, where she was responsible for marketing and fundraising for the company’s charity.

In addition to exceeding the charity’s fundraising goal of $2 million, Rebecca also worked as a Marketing Manager, where she managed the marketing efforts of ten resorts, restaurants and day spas across the country. This included web content, collateral materials, press releases, advertising and event planning.

Her passion for helping small businesses succeed inspired her to create Bijam Consulting.

Mike Rogers - Management Consultant

Mike specializes in management consulting, streamlining workflow, and improving the efficiency of company processes. He received his degree from the University of Central Florida, where he focused on Mass Communications and Marketing. His expansive knowledge base includes the hospitality, home improvement, and commercial construction materials industries.

A strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction are two of Mike’s most valued attributes. Over the past four years, he has successfully managed all aspects of company operations for a large construction materials distribution center. His areas of expertise include shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. With resourcefulness and an ability to “think outside of the box” like no other, Mike is truly an asset to Bijam Consulting.
